OS Giken R3C Racing Clutch
OS Giken Center Alignment Tool
OS Giken clutches are made to very tight tolerances and is the reason why we offer separately forged billet center alignment tools to eliminate the slack found commonly from plastic center alignment tools. These tools immitate the transmission input shaft to provide tight fitment to the pilot bushing/bearing to prevent sag often found installing multi-plate clutches. This is very important as misaligned clutch plates can lead to difficult reinstallation of the transmission. Transmission hangup can create leverage on the clutch plates which in turn leads to warped discs (misinstall).

OS Giken TS2CD Clutch
The TS Clutch Series line-up is the original technology used since the birth of OS Giken. This style of clutch has stood the test of time for good reason. It is capable of handling light to medium engine tuning. Most tuners will find this clutch suitable for their power figures. The stamped steel cover maintains a moderate pedal effort for the given capacity it can hold, while the heat-treated alloy clutch discs improve durability and maximize performance.
OS Giken TR2CD Clutch
The TR Clutch series line-up was designed for vehicles which have substantial increases in engine power. This clutch is often found in time attack track cars and Pro-Am drift vehicles to handle medium to heavy engine tuning as well as the heat built up from these types of racing. The billet aluminum cover provides a more direct clutch pedal feel, but still maintains ease of engagement due to the unique leverage mechanism of the diaphragm spring to reduce overall pedal effort.
